About our President
Melody Herr
Melody has a degree in Architectural Design from LTU’s College of Architecture and Design. Her experience includes residential property development, kitchen and bath design and Real-Estate Sales. She is a Certified SMART stager and member of RESA (the Real Estate Staging Association). Melody is also the State President of the Michigan Chapters of RESA and is currently very active in the South-Eastern Michigan chapter.

Jennifer Cohol
Jennifer heads up our Novi/Wixom location. After having a successful corporate career on the West Coast, she relocated here to Michigan where she now resides with her husband and daughter. Her other experience includes Real Estate Sales and project management. She is a Selling Impression's Certified Staging Designer and member of RESA (the Real Estate Staging Association). She is also very active in the South-Eastern Michigan chapter of RESA.

Jill Neugebauer
Jill leads our Clawson location. Jill has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Walsh College. Her corporate life included network administration, leading training classes, and information management. Her experience with home staging began when she staged four homes that sold for more than asking price. Jill trained with and is part of the SMART Stagers network, is a member of RESA, and holds the SI Certified Staging Designer qualification.
