DIY Design and Follow Up Plan
Most people, even professional designers, have a hard time being objective about their own homes. We have imprinted a lot of ourselves and our personalities into our homes so the idea that it needs to be staged to sell can be hard to believe. Taking your personality out of your home is the hardest, yet a very necessary, thing you have to do when marketing the property for sale. Hiring a professional stager is just like going to a hairdresser. You could style your own hair for the big night out but would you? How about if your hairdresser coached you through it? Then you might give it a try? If this sounds like you then you might consider the DIY Staging with Follow up. This is included with the Comprehensive Consultation or can be added to any other package.
If you have an “Eye for Design” but still want a professional opinion, our Certified Staging Designers will create a customized DIY staging plan for you to follow. A detailed report will guide you through the process. Then, your CSD will follow up with you during the project and be available to answer any questions you might have. After you have completed your plan, your CSD will make another visit to ensure that the changes implemented fully optimize your homes best features and will make any adjustments or proposals at this time.
