Design Plan and Report
Your CSD will write an in-depth report that includes a detailed strategy for each room in your house as well as the exterior spaces. In addition to the written report, your CSD will provide a sketch of three Key Rooms with suggested furnishing placement. These tools can be used for the Do-It-Yourselfer or as a reminder after staging. (Things will get moved out of their optimum placement as you live in your home.
