Design Plan and Report

Your CSD will write an in-depth report that includes a detailed strategy for each room in your house as well as the exterior spaces. In addition to the written report, your CSD will provide a sketch of three Key Rooms with suggested furnishing placement. These tools can be used for the Do-It-Yourselfer or as a reminder after staging. (Things will get moved out of their optimum placement as you live in your home. The Design Plan and Report is your guide to keeping your staging fresh for viewings.)
